Grady and I started the Online Educational platform at Bellevue University in 1998. Since then, it has grown tremendously and is now the premier online learning program in the Midwest. Much of the success of this program is due to Grady’s direction and oversight during the construction. Grady has the ability to correctly forecast trends and to translate those trends into working initiatives.

Grady is also an inspired manager, encouraging those that he supervises to explore their strengths and to act as full partners in projects in which they participate.
